ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Payments and purchases are non-refundable, including consultations, appointments, training programs, classes, digital products, downloadable resources, tax preparation, consulting and other professional services, except where otherwise required by applicable law.”
Appointments may be rescheduled one time with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Cancellations are non-refundable. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment, as well as missed appointments, will result in forfeiture of the session and a new purchase will be required to book another appointment.

Payments for tax preparation, consulting and professional services are non-refundable. Payment reserves time and resources for your engagement. Once work begins, fees remain fully earned and non-refundable, subject to applicable law

DIGITAL PRODUCTS & DOWNLOADS
Training and class fees are non-refundable and failure to attend or complete training does not create a right to a refund or credit.
Digital sales are final due to the nature of downloadable content, immediate file access, and non-returnable electronic materials.
